I’m a freelance IC designer, AI, IT and web developer, and writer in technology, personal and family stories, world affairs, and other topics. I served GE Alstom, Siemens and other multinationals in my earlier career. My current career focuses on IC technology, AI and business, incl silicon IP core design and verification, AI applications to both hardware verification and healthcare. I hold a master of engineering degree in thermal science from Tongji Univ, Shanghai and was admitted into PhD programs of several well-known universities in the US, UK, Germany, France and Canada (such Univ. Glasgow, Univ Paris VII etc.).
Afterwards I have worked at major multinational corporations mainly from Germany, France and the U.S. (such as Siemens Heimann, Deutsche Babcock, GE/Alstom etc) as well as several local companies in various functions.
And since 2000 I have been doing my own businesses and undertaking my own studies and researches in various topics. I've been working as a freelancer, an independent entrepreneur over the last 20 years, and I have always been providing my services remotely over the Internet to my clients, many of them are big names such as Bayer, BPSolar, Saint Gobaint, Mannesmann, Braun, Vorwerk, JP Morgan etc. I own the necessary skill sets to deliver my services, such as superb IT and web skills, superior language skills, reliability, punctuality and professionalism.
As a long-time experienced consultant, engineer and senior manager, I have acquired rich knowledge and expertise in a variety of areas: senior management, procurement (worth hundreds of millions of US Dollars), marketing (with a market value of dozens of billions of US Dollars), quality management, design and engineering, trading, public administration etc, in multinational corporations, in engineering firms, in design institute, and in government authorities, ranging from the conventional power, hydropower, nuclear power, solar and other renewable energies, electronics industry, certification and quality accreditation, IT, and several others. Obviously my career path was painted with buntful colors and success.

本人自1998年投入IT行业，先后从事网站设计，程序开发，数据库设计和维护，服务器，网络多媒体，网络通信，WAP，密码学与网络安全，软件逆向工程，网络搜索及爬虫技术，等几乎所有网络和IT技术。目前侧重于芯片设计。
我的网络和IT事业

我从2000年开始我的网络和IT事业，到现在已经20多年了。在这段很长的时间内，我已经建立了自己的专业知识基础以及在各种Web开发中的经验，因此我对Web和IT开发的各个方面都很熟悉，从开发环境设置的最开始到您想要我做的任何事情的最终操作阶段-一个独立的应用程序，网络应用或主流语言中的一些代码。
我从1998年底开始学习IT技术，从网页设计开始，它与几乎所有IT技能有关，例如Java，VB，VC，PHP，Python，golang，node.js，perl，数据库编程网络上的各种图形设计和多媒体，以及在线通讯技术（例如即时消息和聊天）。那时，我将自己定位为一名Web开发人员。
起初，我想在北京的德意志巴布科克公司担任采购经理时实施一个在线采购系统，但是管理层没有对此表示同意，然后我决定继续我的计划，以进入IT业务“独奏”。之后不久，我开始学习使用Netscape提供的简单工具编写，编写和上载网页和网站的基础知识。然后，我学习了HTML语言，然后学习了VBScript，JavaScript和其他几种网络语言。要编辑图像，我还学习了我现在使用的图片编辑工具，例如PhotoShop和FireWorks。为了启用动态网站，我还学习了许多其他编程语言（Java，C，C ++，VB，Python，PHP，Perl等）和各种数据库（Oracle，SQL Server，MySQL，LotusNotes，mSQL等）。我还发现网站上充满了多媒体信息和工具-Windows Media，Real Player，3D，虚拟现实（VRML）等，我也不会错过它们。互联网通信是我在2002年中期进行的核心研究之一，其中即时消息，在线聊天，互联网传真和电话，可视电话等是有趣的研究领域。

在2008-2009年间的某个时候，我最关心的是我的在线隐私，因为当我在线时，我完全暴露给了黑客和恶意软件。为了使我的在线生活更加私密和安全，我必须了解各种技术，工具和策略。目前，我的IT技能仅限于某些C / C ++编码，汇编语言和破解等。

学术研究

本人也进行过许多研究工作，包括太阳辐射，太阳物理，太阳能，热力学，流体力学，计算数学，泛函分析，数论，密码学，网络安全隐私， 芯片设计相关的图论最优化理论研究，新一代芯片技术的研究 （几十种潜在的新一代芯片技术），主要是超导量子芯片技术的研究以及芯片设计（以modem为主）技术和算法。从2003年至今，总共撰写了（主要是英文，部分中文，德文）200多部学习笔记共计40 000 多页的内容。
上述研究只是业余爱好，不公开自己的研究成果。
语言能力
============
本人通英，德，法，俄语，略懂希腊语，拉丁语和希伯来语。英语达到母语书写水平。
本人虽然不是外语专业毕业，但语言水平超过多数外语学校的毕业的人士。本人20岁就学了五门外语（英，德，法，俄，世界语）， 后来一直没有间断，加上在跨国公司多年的工作，外语水平在国内属于佼佼者。
本人1991年就考取雅思（IELTS），是中国地区最早一批考雅思的人之一（当时我在深圳大亚湾核电站工作，而且当时雅思只有英国大使馆一个考点，所以直接飞到英国驻北京大使馆，由英国使馆官员直接面试和监考 - 当时考试是为了申请牛津剑桥等英国名校），在没有任何准备的情况下，就考得总分7分，其中听力为9分，并获得了英国格拉斯哥大学的博士录取通知书。
在同济大学专门学一年德语，而且毕业后在德国公司工作多年，并去德国考察一段时期，因此德语水平同样很好。本人热衷于德语，德国文学和德国文化。
在过往的学习，研究，工作和业务活动中，翻译了上百万字的英文德文法文，双向翻译，且本人特长是中文翻译成外文。在最近十几年的研究中，以英文和德文撰写了几百本多大数万页的研究笔记，涉及热力学，流体力学，太阳物理学，密码学，数论， 图论，IT和网络安全，芯片设计，以及量子芯片和其它新一代芯片技术等许多领域。本人的英文写作水平甚至优于说英语国家的普通公民，可以直接以英语和德语写作和思考，无需借助母语中文。早在10年前，我的英国朋友就对我的英文水平非常欣赏，称“如今在互联网时代很难找到写的如此漂亮的英文了”。（英文：Thank you for your beautifully written email (a rare treat in these days of hurriedly written communications!) re the Real Estate China Monthly Reports，Caroline Chapple，Editor，Reita.org，2010年5月27日）。
